About Us

Our consultant, Anita Greensill, has extensive experience in all aspects of dentistry both government and private practices throughout Queensland, UK, Channel Islands. Anita has gained a large amount of experience during her travels when employed in various positions including a Senior Dental Nurse, Practice Manager and Recruitment Consultant.

Anita continues to educate herself on all levels of Management, Dentistry and Product Knowledge by attending courses and conferences held by the ADA, DAAQ and Qld Ambulance in areas including four handed dentistry, First Aid, Sedated Patients and more recently Implants. Her formal qualifications include:

2000	Certificate III in Dental Assisting
2000	Diploma in Human Resource Management
2005	Certificate IV in Small Business Management
2009	Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment

Seeking a new challenge upon returning to Australia, Anita focused her skills on commencing a dental recruitment agency, namely #1 Dental Recruitment which is now operating as D & P Recruitment.  The agency and its support staff are passionate in their diligence, providing clients and candidates with their desired requirements.  The agency has achieved recognition in the business industry having been a finalist in the AHBB Small Business Awards in 2006.

Being compassionate and focused on the dental industry Anita has now taken on a more aggressive role recently being appointed the Treasurer for the Dental Assistant's Association Queensland branch.  Anita also worked briefly with the Southbank Institute of Tafe as a Tutor which enabled her to provide more course options for students.
